Lena May Pumphrey Lantz Lena May Pumphrey Lantz, age 68, of Buckhannon, WV, died Tuesday, April 10, 2012 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. She was born October 8, 1943 at Orlando, WV a daughter of Angela Elizabeth Davis of Monticello, KY. In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband Russell R. Lantz whom she married on February 3, 1975. Also surviving are four brothers, Cecil Barnhouse and wife Robin of Pearl City, HI, Bob Barnhouse and wife Sue of Zion, IL, Bill Barnhouse of New Castle, IN and Jerry Barnhouse of IN; one sister, Jo Ellen Blevins and husband Butch of Losantville, IN; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother, David Barnhouse and two sisters, Nancy Louise Barnhouse and Anna Shockley. She was a Nurse’s Aide at the Weston State Hospital and a Methodist by faith. She loved sewing, reading, flower gardening and watching the hummingbirds from her window. Friends will be received at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home Thursday, April 12, 2012 from 5-8 PM. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. J. Edward McDaniels officiating. Burial will follow in the Miller Cemetery at Horner WV.
