She was born August 15, 1928 in Gilmer Station, WV, a daughter of the late Virgil and Ora Wilmoth Spore. On January 21, 1949 she married George Lough who preceded her in death. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one son, David Lough and one sister, Reda Lowther. She is survived by three daughters, Mary Herndon and husband Russell “Jack” of Buckhannon, Judy Moore and husband David of Adrian, WV and Delores Hershberger of Buckhannon; two sons, Judson Spore of Cuyahoga Falls, OH and Roger Lough and wife Arlene of Buckhannon; five grandsons, Rusty Herndon and wife Susie of Buckhannon, Chris Moore of Morgantown, WV, Hezekiah Spore of Akron, OH, David Mayo of Buckhannon and Steven Hershberger and wife Jessica of NC; three granddaughters, Brittany Herndon of Morgantown, Kayla Mayo of Weston, WV and Tracy Galati and husband Steve of Akron, OH; four great-grandchildren; three brothers, Bob, Bud and Raymond Spore all of Buckhannon and two sisters, Annabell Lipps and Virgie Landers both of Buckhannon. Mrs. Lough was a cook for Maggie’s Restaurant and a Pentecostal by faith. Friends will be received at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home on Thursday, January 17, 2008 from 9-10 AM the funeral hour with the Rev. Ralph Miller officiating.
