untitled2 Mrs. Hester Ellen Melton Kiddy Mrs. Hester Ellen Melton Kiddy, 101 years old, of Vancleave, MS, died Thursday, April 28, 2011 in Vancleave. Mrs. Kiddy was born in Blue Creek, WV and had been a resident of Ocean Springs for the past 19 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Kelso Kiddy; parents, Jefferson D. and Harriet Williams Melton; two sisters and six brothers. She is survived by her son, Wayne A. Kiddy; two granddaughters, Lois Kiddy Wilson and her husband, Don “Woody”, and Julia Kiddy Benson and her husband, Eric; many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Saturday May 7, 2011 at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home from 10-10:30 AM. Funeral services will be held10:30 Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Steven Meadows officiating. Burial will follow in the Heavner Cemetery.
