DorothyKelley Dorothy Lee Kelley Dorothy Lee Kelley, age 75, of Mansfield Place in Philippi, WV died Friday, February 16, 2007 at Mansfield Place under the care of Mountain Hospice of Belington, WV. She was born October 18, 1931 in Lewis County, WV, a daughter of the late Brant and Elsie Duell Smith. In August of 1962 she married Jesse D. Kelley who preceded her in death on March 10, 2002. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one sister, Lillian Black. She is survived by one son, Donald Kelley of Buckhannon, WV; two daughters, Debra Smith of Weston, WV and Brenda Louk of Buckhannon; three grandsons, Johnathon Smith of Rimersburg, PA, Russ Louk of Braden, FL and Tony Louk of Buckhannon and two granddaughters, Misty Guth of Elkins, WV and Candace Mackey of Charleston, WV. Mrs. Kelley was a homemaker. Friends will be received Monday, February 19, 2007 from 4-8 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. J. Edward McDaniels officiating. Burial will follow in the Hampton Church Cemetery at Hampton, WV.
