Obituary of Roy Jones

untitled3 Roy Jones Roy Jones, age 83, of Buckhannon, WV, died Monday, February 4, 2013 at Holbrook’s Nursing Home in Buckhannon. He was born June 3, 1929 in Russellville, WV, a son of the late Clyde Alexander and Laura Edith Wright Jones. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, John H. and Clyde Jones; one half-brother, Robert Toney and one half-sister, Bernice Osborne. He is survived by one brother, James L. Jones of Buckhannon. Mr. Jones was a Lumberman. He served in the US Army during the Korean War. A graveside service will be held Thursday, February 7, 2013 at 12 Noon in the Bethel Cemetery in Corlis, WV. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com.
