William Scott Jack, II
William Scott Jack, II, age 46, of Buckhannon, WV died Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at his home. He was born December 28, 1962 in Buckhannon, a son of Patty Reed Frisby of Buckhannon and the late William Scott Jack. In addition to his mother, he is survived by one son, William Scott Jack, III of Philippi, WV; one brother, Pat Jack of Buckhannon; two sisters, Sandi Peck and husband Tom of Buckhannon and Kathy Sims and husband Tim of Otlanta, SC; step father, Larry Frisby of Buckhannon and several nieces and nephews. William was a Pipe Fitter for Breckenridge Construction and a Christian by faith. Graveside services will be held 10 AM Thursday, October 22, 2009 at the Buckhannon Memorial Park with Rev. Ed Lowther officiating. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com. Poling-St.Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
