untitled3 John Marvin Ireland John Marvin Ireland, age 58, of 12609 McCorkle Ave. Charleston, WV, died Wednesday June 26, 2013 in Gilbert, WV. He was born May 9, 1955 in Buckhannon, WV, a son of the late John Ray and Betty Lou Mathews Ireland. On February 4, 2011 he married Cheryl A. Connard who survives. He is also survived by two sons, Jeffrey Ireland and wife Madalene of Charleston and Mark Ireland and wife Sloan of Buckhannon; one step-daughter, Jennifer Campbell of Belle WV; three grandsons, Brett Belt of Weston, Hunter Crites and Caleb Ireland both of Buckhannon; one granddaughter, Hayley Ireland of Charleston; two brothers, David Ireland of Raleigh, NC and Arthur Jay Ireland of Ronda, NC and one sister Linda Kay George of Richmond, VA. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Dennis Ray Ireland. Mr. Ireland was an Independent Contractor and was a member of Slaughter Creek Freewill Baptist in Cabin Creek, WV. Friends will be received Saturday, June 29, 2013 from 12-2 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 2 PM with the Rev. Gary Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Lebanon Church Cemetery in Buckhannon. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair .com.
