untitled1 Alexander “Alex” Scott Heatherly Alexander Scott Heatherly, age 19, of Buckhannon, WV died Wednesday, July 7, 2010 in Lewis County, WV. He was born November 1, 1990 in Buckhannon a son of Larry Michael and Wilma Lee Dean Heatherly. In addition to his parents he is survived by three sisters, Kelley Spencer and husband Chad, Buckhannon, Amanda Heatherly and April Huskey all of Buckhannon; three brothers, Ronnie, David and Levi Heatherly all of Buckhannon; grandparents, Vernon and Rose Smith of Buckhannon and also several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Alex was a 2009 graduate of Buckhannon-Upshur High School, was employed by Kroger’s and attended Christian Fellowship Church. He was preceded in death by his birth mother, Penny Rae Smith, grandparents, Winston and Margaret Dean and Margaret Heatherly. Friends will be received at the Christian Fellowship Church Saturday, July 10, 2010 from 4-8 PM. Funeral services will be held 3 PM Sunday at the church with the Rev. J. Edward McDaniels officiating. Burial will follow in the Upshur County Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to help with the funeral expenses. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com. Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
