Jacob A. Harsh
Jacob A. Harsh, age 23, of Buckhannon, WV died Friday, November 20, 2009 at his home. He was born October 7, 1986 in Buckhannon the son of Robert L. and Carrie L. Thorpe Harsh of Buckhannon. In addition to his parents he is survived by maternal grandparents, Ray and Joyce Thorpe of Queens, WV, maternal grandmother, Violet Lucas of Freeport, PA and paternal grandparents, Joyce and Dan Brown of Buckhannon. He was preceded in death by his brother, Curtis Matthew Harsh. Jacob served with the US Army 101st Airborne in Afghanistan. Friends will be received Wednesday, November 25, 2009 from 10-11 AM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Ed Lowther officiating. Burial will follow in the Concord Cemetery in Barbour County, WV. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com. Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
