Rosa Lee Peters Rosa Lee Peters Rosa Lee Peters, age 87, of Orange City, FL, died Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at the Florida Hospital (Fish Memorial) in Orange City. She was born August 9, 1926 in Spencer, WV, a daughter of the late Homer H. and Ethel Mae Lowe Reger. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Edward Peters, Jr who died December 26, 1997. Also preceding her in death were two daughters, Charlotte Crosyln and Alberta Parsley; one sister, Nell Kincaid; one step daughter, Dottie Knicely and two brothers, Carl Reger and Lloyd Reger. She is survived by one daughter, Wanda Hiedeman of Houston, TX; one son, Frank David Buck of Dayton, OH; one sister, Pauline Naylor of Amma, WV; also twelve grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She had retired from Brunswick Manufacturing as Quality Control Manager. She was a member of Buckhannon Union Mission Church of Buckhannon and a member of the International Ladies Garment Workers Union. Friends will be received at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home Tuesday, January 21, 2014 from 12-2 PM. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Dennis Estes officiating. Burial will follow in the Heavner Cemetery. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com.
