Obituary of Oleta Fuller

untitled1 Oleta Fuller Oleta Fuller, age 92, of French Creek, WV died Saturday, July 25, 2009 at the United Hospital Center in Clarksburg, WV. She was born April 20, 1917 in Browntown, WV, a daughter of the late Roy and Bernice Clevenger Goff. On September 16, 1933 she married Ronald L. Fuller who preceded her in death on July 3, 1995. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Oleta Fuller; three brothers, William B.Goff, Othie Montgomery Goff and Robert Goff and one sister, Juanita Parsons. She is survived by one daughter, Loretta Shockey and husband Donald of French Creek with whom she resided; one son, Archie “Sonny” Fuller and wife Carrie of Smithville, OH; five granddaughters, Carrie L. Shockey of French Creek, Tammie J. Shockey of Cape Coral, FL, Tonnya K. Lowther and husband Rev. Edward of Buckhannon, WV, Kimberly D. Fuller of Columbus, OH and Dionne Andrews of French Creek; one grandson, Ronald L. Fuller and wife Beth of Marshallville, OH; two great-granddaughters, Brandi and Shalayna J. Lowther both of Buckhannon and three great-grandsons, Abram, Solomon and Joseph Fuller all of Marshallville. Mrs. Fuller was a homemaker and a member of the Wayside Southern Baptist Church. Friends will be received Monday, July 27, 2009 from 6-8 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Bobby Lowther officiating. Burial will follow in the Upshur County Memorial Park at Tennerton, WV. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com.
