Hoy Jay Andrews Hoy Jay Andrews Hoy Jay Andrews, age 60, of Buckhannon, WV died Sunday, October 18, 2015 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. He was born May 12, 1955 in Buckhannon, a son of the late Rev. Hoy C. and Ruby Marie Arbogast Andrews. He is survived by three daughters, Heather Bogden of Clarksburg, WV, Kari Lynn Barger and Bobbie Jo Lee both of Morgantown; two grandsons, Jack Lee and Jude Barger both of Morgantown; four granddaughters, Hannah Delaney of Charleston, WV, Madison Delaney and Emma Lee both of Morgantown and Kloe Carr and husband Josh of Buckhannon; one brother, Rev. Pat Andrews and wife Estie of Belington, WV; three sisters, Marsha Propst and Lynna Loudin and husband Dave all of Buckhannon and Agnes Corley and husband Willie of Dent, KY; several nieces and nephews and special caregiver, Twilia Haymond of Buckhannon. Mr. Andrews was an Electrician and Carpenter and he attended the Calvary Baptist Church in Buckhannon. Friends will be received Wednesday, October 21, 2015 from 3-8 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 10 AM Thursday at the funeral home with Pastor Michael Tallman officiating. Burial will follow in the Rock Cave Cemetery in Rock Cave, WV. In lieu of flowers the family requests donation be made to help with funeral expenses. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com. Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
