FernandezAlivia Alivia Ann Fernandez Alivia Ann Fernandez, age 1 month, of Buckhannon, WV died Monday, December 22, 2008 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. She was born October 29, 2008 the daughter of Stewart Fernandez and Sally Fitzgerald who survives. Also surviving are paternal grandparents, Stewart and Michelle Fernandez of Fayetteville, WV; paternal grandmother Deborah Moore of Anstead, WV; maternal grandfather Michael Fitzgerald of Live Oak Fl.; maternal grandmother Connie Cunningham and husband Chad of French Creek, WV, three aunts Anna Darby and husband David of Fayetteville, Christy Fernandez of Staunton, VA and Cindy Fitzgerald of Buckhannon; three uncles, David Cummins and wife Sherry and Jacob Fernandez all of Fayetteville and Michael Fitzgerald of French Creek, WV; and cousin Constance Shipley. Friends will be received Friday, December 26, 2008 from 12 to 1 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 1 PM on Friday at the funeral home with the Rev.
