Ashley Nicole Alkire Ashley Nicole Alkire Ashley Nicole Alkire, age 26, of Buckhannon, WV died Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Buckhannon. She was born August 25, 1988 in Buckhannon, a daughter of Leslie Alkire of Weston, WV and Elma Robinson Robinson of Buckhannon. In addition to her parents she is survived by three brothers, Joshua Heater of Clarksburg, WV, Leslie Alkire, Jr. and wife Bobbie and Jeremy Alkire all of Buckhannon; one sister, Emmaleah Alkire of Fairmont, WV; step father, Herbie White of Buckhannon; step father, Dana Butcher of Weston, WV; step mother, Barb Alkire of Weston; maternal grandmother, Anna Robinson of Buckhannon; two nephews, Leslie Alkire, III and Aiden Alkire both of Buckhannon; two nieces, Ashlynn Alkire and Adaire Heater both of Buckhannon and several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by one brother, Josh Rafferty; maternal grandfather, Dale Robinson; paternal grandfather, Albert Alkire and paternal grandmother, Marjorie Foster. Ashley was a member of the Liberty in Christ Church in Anmoore, WV. She enjoyed going to church and loved praise and worship. Ashley loved being outside and feeling the rain fall on her face. Friends will be received Friday, July 31, 2015 from 4 to 8 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 11 AM Saturday at the New Life Tabernacle with Pastor Mike Westfall and Pastor Randy Tenney officiating.
