DeBarrKimberly Kimberly Ann DeBarr Kimberly Ann DeBarr, age 44, of Martins Ferry, OH died Saturday, July 4, 2015 at Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, WV. She was born May 13, 1971 in Wheeling, WV, a daughter of Norma J. Woofter DeBarr of Wheeling and the late Willie Nelson DeBarr. In addition to her mother she is survived by her fiancé, Raymond Doyle of Martins Ferry; one son, Nolan Doyle of Martins Ferry; one daughter, Patience Doyle of Martins Ferry; two brothers, Nelson and Wilbert DeBarr both of Wheeling; two sisters, Janice Queen of Wheeling and Carrie Headley of Niles, OH and several nieces and nephews. Kimberly was a homemaker. Friends will be received Thursday, July 9, 2015 from 11 AM- 12 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 12 PM Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. J. Edward McDaniels officiating. Burial will follow in the Heavner Cemetery in Buckhannon.
