Heston Scott DeBarr, infant son of Aaron DeBarr and Kate Wagner both of Buckhannon, WV, died Sunday, February 15, 2015 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. Also surviving are his maternal grandfather, Walter Arthur Wagner of LA; maternal grandmother, Victoria Paige Wagner of Buckhannon; paternal grandfather, Kevin Scott DeBarr of Buckhannon and paternal grandmother, Jetta K.
