Willie DeBarr Willie DeBarr Willie DeBarr, age 79, of Wheeling, WV died Friday, June 27, 2014 at Wheeling Medical Center in Wheeling, WV. He was born May 3, 1935 in Buckhannon, WV, a son of the late Willie Ford and Blanche Smith DeBarr. On January 30, 1954 he married Norma J. Woofter who survives. Also surviving are two sons, Nelson and Wilbert DeBarr both of Wheeling; three daughters, Janice Queen and Carrie Headley both of Wheeling and Kimberly DeBarr and fiancé Raymond Doyle of Martins Ferry, OH; four grandsons, James DeBarr of Youngstown, OH, Kalib Thomas of Wheeling, Nolan Doyle of Martins Ferry and Brenden Bachie of Wheeling; three granddaughters, Carmyne DeBarr of Youngstown, Patience Doyle of Martins Ferry and Kyla Bachie of Wheeling; three great-grandsons, Julius DeBarr and Jodan and Austin Fedor all of Youngstown; one great-granddaughter, Jocelyn DeBarr of Youngstown and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Ronald, Gerald and Charles DeBarr. Mr. DeBarr was a coal miner and a Baptist by faith. Friends will be received Monday, June 30, 2014 from 4-8 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 10 AM Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev. J. Edward McDaniels officiating. Burial will follow in the Heavner Cemetery in Buckhannon. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com.
