untitled3 Geraldine Marie Black Geraldine Marie Black, age 58, of Mill Creek, WV died Thursday, December 6, 2012 at her home. She was born August 2, 1954 in Lost Creek, WV, a daughter of the late Robert Lee Riffle and Geraldine Yuanita Groves. On January 8, 2000 she married Ralph Black who survives. Also, surviving are two daughters, Carol Bailey of Weston, WV and Kimberly Bailey of Clarksburg, WV; one son, Terry Bailey of Mill Creek; three step daughters, Sara and Aryn Black both of Elkins and Andrea Moore; one step son, Robert Black of Nestorville WV; five step grandchildren; three sisters, Linda Casto-Kearns of Hepzibah, WV, Wanda Demastes of Buckhannon and Kim Wilford of Sweetwater, TN and five brothers, Joseph and Roger Groves both of Sweetwater, Donald and William Groves both of Buckhannon and Martin Riffle of Buckhannon. Mrs. Black was a homemaker. Friends will be received Friday, December 7, 2012 from 4-8 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 2 PM Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Doyle Tenney officiating. Burial will follow in the Sand Run Baptist Cemetery at Excelsior, WV. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with the funeral expenses. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com. Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation Friday, December 7, 2012 from 4-8 PM Poling-St.Clair Funeral Home, Inc.
