Obituary of Mary Louise Nazelrod

untitled3 Mary Nelda Louise Nazelrod Mary Nelda Louise Nazelrod, age 82, of Buckhannon, WV died Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. She was born December 5, 1930 in Baltimore, MD, a daughter of the late William Matthew “Mac” and Nelda Dean Nodonaley Miles. On November 16, 1952 she married Bennie E. Nazelrod, Sr., who preceded her in death on September 6, 2004. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, William David Miles. She is survived by two daughters, Katrina “ Kay” Louise Tener and husband Michael William of Beckley, WV and Andrea “Andi” Marie Evans and husband James Michael of Buckhannon; one son, Bennie E. Nazelrod, II and wife Diana “Dee” of Buckhannon; one granddaughter, Melissa Dawn Acord of Oak Hill, WV; three grandsons, Michael William Tener, II of Beckley, Joshua Michael Evans and wife Erica and Benjamin Tyler Nazelrod and wife Priscilla all of Buckhannon; one great granddaughter, Miranda Shae Acord of Oak Hill; great grandson, Robert “Bo” Acord of Oak Hill and triplet great grandsons, Nicholas, Luke and Gavin Nazelrod all of Buckhannon and one half sister, Zironia Karen Nodonaley of Baltimore, MD. Mrs. Nazelrod was a Registered Nurse. She was a Christian by faith and attended Word of Life Ministries. Friends will be received Thursday, December 13, 2012 from 4-8 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held 1 PM Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Philip Strauss officiating. Burial will follow in the Heavner Cemetery in Buckhannon. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com.
