untitled3 Harold William (Bill) Manley Harold William (Bill) Manley, 81, formerly of Buckhannon, died Thursday, September 19, 2013 at Golden Living Center in Morgantown. He was born August 16, 1932, in Upshur County, the son of the late Harold Clinton Manley and Bessie Marie Clark Manley. In addition to his parents, Bill was predeceased by a brother, Robert L. Manley and a sister, Joann Manley Bozic, of Buckhannon. He was a veteran of the Armed Forces, having served in the U. S. Navy. Bill is survived by a brother, Matthew (Mack) Manley and his wife, Virginia, of Warren Ohio, and a sister-in-law, Marie Manley of Buckhannon. His nieces and nephews, who enjoy their memories of Uncle Bill, also survive: Rick Bozic and his wife Becky of Morgantown, Dianne Bozic Williams and her husband Danny of Buckhannon, Debbie Manley O'Brien of Gerard, Ohio, Randy Manley and his wife Debi, and Scott Manley, all of Warren, Ohio; Ann Manley and Robert I. Manley, both of Buckhannon. Visitation will be Sunday, September 22 at 1:00 p.m. at Poling St. Clair Funeral Home with the funeral to follow at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. J. Edward McDaniels officiating.
