untitled3 Naomi Dawn Queen Naomi Dawn Queen, age 78, of Buckhannon, WV died Friday, May 17, 2013 at her home while surrounded by her husband and children. She was born January 2, 1935 in Hodgesville, WV, a daughter of the late Clay and Lucille Westfall Queen. On August 18, 1955 she married Leo Gene Queen who survives. Also surviving are one daughter, Debbie Miller of Buckhannon; one son, Michael Queen and wife Amy of Hodgesville, WV; one grandson, Travis Miller and wife Carrie of Buckhannon; three granddaughters, Leslie Reese and husband James of Scotts Depot, WV, Maggie and Grace Queen both of Hodgesville; one great granddaughter, Makenzie Egress of Buckhannon; two great grandsons, Brayden and Owen Reese both of Scotts Depot; one sister, Mary Lou Dowell of Hodgesville and two brothers, Fred Queen of Grafton, WV and Basil Queen of Louisville, KY. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, David Wade Queen and one sister, Nancy Darling. Mrs. Queen was a homemaker. Friends will be received Monday, May 20, 2013 from 5-9 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 11 AM Tuesday at the funeral home with Pastor Mike George and Pastor John Darnall officiating. Burial will follow in the Heavner Cemetery in Buckhannon.
