Patty Jean Smith, age 77, of Elkins, WV died Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at Autumn Lakes Healthcare Center at Crystal Springs in Elkins where she had been a resident for many years. She was born March 4, 1948, a daughter of the late James and Mable Smith. She is survived by many cousins and a half-sister, Vera Lipscomb. A graveside service will be held at Fairview Church Cemetery Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 10AM with Pastor Ed Lowther officiating.
