Albert Franklin Wendling, II

Albert Franklin Wendling, II, age 60, of Fowler, OH, died Friday, October 24, 2025, at the Concord Care Center of Hartford in Fowler. He was born December 13, 1964, in Charleston, WV, a son of the late Fred William Wendling and Flavia Jean Workman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Fred William Wendling, Jr. He is survived by two brothers, Christopher Wendling and wife Charity of Buckhannon, WV and Steven B. Wendling and wife Deneen of TN; one sister, Sheila J. Sullivan and husband Boddy of TN; several nieces and nephews and his stepmother, Karen Wendling of Buckhannon. In honoring Mr. Wendling’s wishes he will be cremated. A graveside memorial service will be held Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 10 AM in the Heavner Cemetery in Buckhannon with the Rev. Ed Lowther officiating. Following the graveside service, family and friends are invited for a gathering at Camp Mahonegon 3017 Boy Scout Camp Road Ellamore, WV 26267.
