Deloris Y. Jack, age 91, of Buckhannon, WV, died Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Clarksburg Healthcare in Clarksburg, WV. She was born December 19, 1933, in Century, WV, a daughter of the late Fred and Phyllis Ann Booth Mundy. On July 4, 1964, she married Hubert B. Jack who preceded her in death on April 10, 1996. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, Freddie Mundy. She is survived by one son, Blaine Jack of Buckhannon; one sister, Rosa Mae Underwood of West Union, WV; cousin, Georganna Starkey and husband Robert of Jane Lew, WV and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Jack was a homemaker. She was a Lifetime Member of the Upshur County E.M.S. Friends will be received Wednesday, July 2, 2025, from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held 1 PM Wednesday at the funeral home with Pastor Greg Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the Sand Run  Baptist Church Cemetery in Excelsior, WV.
