Philip Elmer Herbert, Jr.

Philip Elmer Herbert, Jr., age 66, of Buckhannon, WV, died Sunday, June 22, 2025, at his home. He was born January 11, 1959, in Bridgeport, CT, a son of the late Philip Elmer and Ethel Marie Marsala Herbert. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Phyllis Herbert. He is survived by one daughter, Crystal Herbert and husband Daniel Hillegass of Buckhannon; six grandchildren, Eliana Catherine, Azaiah Daniel, Sylvie Naomi, Cyrus Gabriel, Azarias “Azzy” Raphael and Amira Esme Hillegass; two sisters, Geraldine Kelley and husband Bob of Port Saint Lucie, FL and Rosalie Piccirillo of Myrtle Beach, SC and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Herbert was a mechanic. In honoring his wishes, Mr. Herbert will be cremated. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com.
