Linda Elaine Streets, age 83, of Buckhannon, WV, died Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Crestview Manor in Jane Lew, WV. She was born January 2, 1942, in Chillicothe, OH, a daughter of the late Burman and Ruby Thornton Acker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Jerry Streets, son-in-law, Lewis “Tody” Hanline, and best friend, Billie. She is survived by two daughters, Traci McCartney and husband Isaac of Buckhannon and Terri Hanline of Brooks Hill, WV; one son, Martin Streets of Circleville, OH; one granddaughter, Jessica Thomas and husband Chase of Huntington, WV; one grandson, Isaac McCartney, II and wife Korena of Buckhannon; one great-granddaughter, Riley Mancusco of Huntington and two great-grandsons, Thomas and Edward McCartney. Mrs. Streets was a homemaker who loved to garden and crochet. In honoring Mrs. Streets wishes, she will be cremated. Friends will be received for a memorial gathering, Monday, May 19 from 11 AM to 1 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home at 1 PM with Pastor Ed Lowther officiating. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com.
