Winnie Ellen Harvey, age 74, of Buckhannon, WV, died Saturday, March 22, 2025, at her home. She was born May 8, 1950, in Buckhannon, a daughter of the late Howard Bill and Margarette V. Arnold Bosley. On May 12, 1971, she married Larry Harvey of Buckhannon, who survives. Also surviving are her daughter, Michelle Silvester and husband Chad of Belington, WV; grandson, Garrett Silvester and fiancée Katelyn of Belington; sisters, Karen Singer and companion Joe Artino of Chesterland, OH and Billie Dean and husband Daniel of Buckhannon; nephews, Zachary Dean of Buckhannon and Michael Singer and husband Brian of Cleveland, OH and her beloved dog Molly and cat Max. Mrs. Harvey was a homemaker and a Methodist by faith. She loved her flowers and spending time with her family. In honoring Mrs. Harvey’s wishes, she will be cremated.
