Leo Lee Welch, age 61, of Rock Cave, WV, died Monday, February 10, 2025, at WVU Medicine United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV. He was born November 28, 1963, in Phoenix, AZ, a son of the late Karl Lee and Della Anna Ruth Kasson Welch. He is survived by Brenda Rabourn of Buckhannon and one daughter, Kirstie Ford of Orlando, FL. In honoring Mr. Welch’s wishes, he will be cremated.
