Lewis Hanline, age 79, of French Creek, WV, died Friday, September 22, 2023, at River Oaks Healthcare Center in Clarksburg, WV. He was born December 25, 1943, in French Creek, a son of the late David and Vereas Esther Nethken Hanline. On April 18, 1992, he married Terri Lynne Streets Hanline who survives of French Creek. Also surviving are his mother-in-law, Linda Streets of French Creek; sister-in-law, Traci McCartney of Crawford, WV; brother-in-law, Martin Streets of Circleville, OH; aunts, Melody Warner of French Creek and Denise Conrad and husband George of Central City, KY; nephew, Isaac McCartney and wife Korena and great nephews, Thomas and Edward McCartney. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by nine siblings. Mr. Hanline was an avid outdoorsman who loved to go fishing and hunting when he was able. In honoring Mr. Hanline’s wishes he will be cremated. Friends will be received for a memorial gathering Friday, October 13, 2023, from 11 AM to 12 PM (noon). A service will be held at noon with Rev.
