Obituary of Reginald Marsh, Jr.

Reginald Marsh, Jr., age 83, of Buckhannon, WV died Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at his home in Buckhannon. He was born May 31, 1934, in Adrian, WV, a son of the late Reginald H. and Pauline Opal Phillips Marsh. On June 26, 1957, he married Elsie Kennedy who survives. In addition to his wife he is survived by two daughters, Lori Lesher and husband Jim of Broadview Heights, OH and Lisa Rose and husband Chris of Herndon, VA; one granddaughter, Meagan Lesher of Cincinnati, OH; one grandson, Payton Rose of Herndon, VA and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Kent Marsh. Mr. Marsh served in the U. S. Army, was a member of the Buckhannon Elks Lodge #1736 and was very patriotic. In honoring his wishes, Mr. Marsh will be cremated. Friends will be received Monday, March 26, 2018 from 11 AM to noon at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 12 noon on Monday at the funeral home with the Rev. J. Edward McDaniels officiating. Burial will follow in the Heavner Cemetery in Buckhannon. The Upshur County Honor Guard will conduct military honors at the graveside. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
